The studios
All our studio apartments have a beautiful sea view (Type Sea excluded), a covered masonry terrace, equipped with table, chairs, sun lounger and deck chairs, air-conditioning/heating, telephone, TV-Sat and are furnished in a modern and functional style.
Located in various buildings, on the ground floor or on the 1st and 2nd floors, they are divided into Basic Studio (up to 2 people), Family Studios (up to 4 people) and Super Studio Apartments (up to 5 people).
Studios - Type Basic
The Type Basic studios are located on the ground floor.
Basic Studio 2 Pax: it is composed of two rooms, one with a double bed, and one with a living room and kitchenette, a blind bathroom with shower. Large terrace overlooking the garden.
Studios Type Family
The Type Family studios are located on the ground floor, 1st or 2nd floor.
Family Studio 4 Pax: it is composed of a single room with two divans + pull-out sofa bed for 2 people or bunk bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Large covered terrace, sea view.
Studios Type Super
The Type Super studios are located on the 1st or 2nd floor.
Super Studio 4/5 Pax: on the 2nd floor, it consists of a spacious room with a double bed and a living room with kitchenette, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people + possible seat in ottoman-bed, bathroom with shower. Large terrace, masonry deck, sea view.
Super Studio 4/5 Pax: on the 1st or 2nd floor, it is composed of a single room consisting of a sleeping area with a separate double bed with a wooden partition wall by a living area with kitchenette, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people + possible seat in a pouf-bed, bathroom with shower. Large terrace, masonry deck, sea view.
